SECTION 1 — REFUND POLICY

All digital products, online courses, and downloadable materials provided by Sensory SMART OT Pty Ltd, including The Regulation Hourglass™ OT Course and all associated resources, are non-refundable due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital access.

Once login access is granted:

  • No refunds

  • No cancellations

  • No transfers

  • No credits

  • No exceptions for change of mind, change of personal circumstances, or failure to use the content

This is consistent with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for digital goods.

ACL Exceptions

Refunds may be considered ONLY if:

  • The same product was purchased twice using the same email, OR

  • A major technical fault prevents access and cannot be resolved.

Circumstances not covered under ACL:

  • Personal or family changes

  • NDIS funding changes

  • School or organisational changes

  • Lack of perceived progress

  • Disagreement with course content

  • Failure to complete the course

SECTION 2 — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website, online courses, digital resources, and services provided by Sensory SMART OT Pty Ltd, including all content associated with The Regulation Hourglass™ (“TRH”).

By accessing our website or purchasing any digital product, you agree to these Terms.

 

2.1 Educational Purpose Only

All TRH content is:

  • general educational information

  • NOT therapy or intervention

  • NOT individualised advice

  • NOT a substitute for assessment or clinical support

  • NOT medical, psychological, behavioural, or diagnostic guidance

Purchasing TRH products does not create a therapist–client relationship.

We make no guarantees around:

  • behavioural changes

  • developmental progress

  • emotional regulation

  • NDIS outcomes

  • therapeutic results

  • school engagement

  • Thriving Kids eligibility

Outcomes depend on individual circumstances beyond our control.

 

2.3 Website Use

You must not:

  • misuse or breach security

  • share course access or login details

  • violate copyright

  • impersonate others

  • use the site for unlawful purposes

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

 

2.4 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify content, pricing, and course components at any time.

 

SECTION 3 — TERMS OF PURCHASE (OT COURSE)

When purchasing The Regulation Hourglass™ OT Course (“the Course”), you agree:

  1. You are purchasing a digital educational product with immediate access.

  2. No refunds will be provided.

  3. Payment plans must be completed in full.

  4. Missed payments may result in paused or revoked access.

  5. Sharing login details is strictly prohibited.

  6. Course content may evolve or be updated at any time.

  7. Access may be time-limited if the program is retired or restructured.

  8. Completion of the course does not grant certification, licensure, endorsement, or professional accreditation unless explicitly stated.

  9. The course does not qualify you to teach or deliver The Regulation Hourglass™ commercially.

  • teach the framework commercially

  • modify or create derivative versions

  • pass off TRH concepts as your own

Violations may result in:

  • terminated access

  • legal action

  • copyright infringement proceedings

 

SECTION 8 — EMAIL & COMMUNICATION COMPLIANCE

By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to receive:

  • transactional emails

  • course-related messages

  • educational updates

  • marketing emails (unless opted out)
